The very scarce chrome red monofig were originally given as a keychain to special LEGO VIP members on Valentine's Day 2013. In a short period of time in 2017 new VIP members also had the chance to get their hands on one by filling out forms and visiting a LEGO store. It can not be purchased from LEGO or any other store. We have a very limited number of chrome red monofigs available in the store. Get it before it's gone!
